Office 365 & SharePoint Connect Returns to Stunning Haarlem!


Europe’s premier SharePoint conference comes home to the Philharmonie Haarlem in the energetic picturesque city of Haarlem, Netherlands in 2018!

Haarlem is closer to Schiphol airport than Amsterdam is!  There are trains and buses from the airport, and centre of Amsterdam, to Haarlem town centre every ten minutes.

Getting Here

The Philharmonie Haarlem is located in the heart of Haarlem, Netherlands, and is easy to access by car, train, or bike.

By Car

From The Hague/Amstelveen/Schiphol (A9)
Take the exit Haarlem (NOT the exit Haarlem-Zuid / Zandvoort). At the end of the slip road, take the third exit on the roundabout (Rottepolderplein traffic junction), i.e., turn left. You are now on the A200 (Amsterdam-Haarlem). Then follow ‘route description continued’ as shown below.

From Beverwijk/Zaandam/Alkmaar (A9)
Take the exit Haarlem. At the end of the slip road, take the first exit on the roundabout (Rottepolderplein traffic junction), i.e., turn right. You are now on the A200 (Amsterdam-Haarlem). Then follow ‘route description continued’ as shown below.

You are on the A200 traveling in the direction of Haarlem. Then follow ‘route description continued’ as shown below.

Route Description, Continued
Follow the signs for Haarlem-Centrum / Haarlemmerliede (keep to the right). This will lead you onto the N200 (Amsterdam-Haarlem). Then follow the signs for Centrum. At the end, when you reach the traffic lights, turn right, and at the next traffic lights turn left (Papentorenvest). Follow this road until you have crossed the Spaarne River (Catharijnebrug). Then, at the T-junction, turn left (Koudenhorn) and follow the Spaarne River. Pass Teylers Museum and then shortly thereafter turn right into the De Appelaar Car Park. To reach the De Kamp or Raaks Car Parks (both less than 10 minutes’ walking distance and with a larger capacity than De Appelaar), follow the P signs.

Haarlem has 5 car parks with a total capacity of 2,900 parking spaces. Haarlem offers ample parking facilities in the city, with more than 1,700 spaces within walking distance (max. 10 min) from the Philharmonie. Paid parking applies in the centre of Haarlem. Route Planners and Motorway Accessibility

Public Transport

Haarlem railway station is a 10 minute walk away. Exit at Stationsplein (city centre side) in the direction of the Grote Markt via Jansweg. At the end of Jansweg, opposite the St. Bavokerk Church, you will see the Philharmonie.

Bicycle Storage Facility

Smedestraat (250m from the Philharmonie) houses a free, covered and guarded bicycle storage facility. It is open Monday to Wednesdays until midnight, on Thursday and Friday until 0500 hours and on shopping Sundays until 1800 hours.

Walking Route Philharmonie – Stadsschouwburg

If you unexpectedly find yourself at the wrong building, walk from the Philharmonie to Grote Markt, cross it diagonally into Grote Houtstraat, continue along Grote Houtstraat up to the Grote Houtbrug bridge, and then turn right before the bridge into Raamvest. Once you reach Wilsonsplein, you will find the Stadsschouwburg. If you are coming from the Stadsschouwburg, follow the reverse directions.
